Black Lips - Strictly Custom?

No, but they are an option on most custom wheels
I.e. HRE, DPE (pictured below), Iforged...otherwise you may want to do a search for everso's posts when he was looking at wheels. He found a couple of wheels with black lips as far as I recall.

Yeah not the look I want but sick sick wheels. Tried talking my wife into those
on her A4.. couldn't do it.
This was the inspiration on that endeavor.
