Default blind spot still exists with euro mirror?

My new TT already have euro mirrors installed (I think they are cause they have this blueish tint), but no matter how I adjust the mirror thru the **** I still have to look over my right shoulder to make sure I am clear. so my question is...Are there different brand/kind of euro mirrors?

Default Do they have a split down the middle of them, runs from top to bottom?

Pretty sure all the TT mirrors are blue. The blindspot euro mirros have the split down the middle.

Default They are all blue-tinted. As mentioned, Euro mirrors have a split in them.

Also, they do not read 'objects in mirror are closer than they appear.'

Default are you suppose to see the split up-close?

up close they look just like a regular mirror, but from the driver seat the outer half of mirror looks kind of bended. But still it won't cover the blind spot.
