Blind spots and mirrors . . . an alternate solution?

Not to dissuade anyone from purchasing the split mirrors, but the recent threads about blind spots reminded me of a post I wrote late last year.
I have found this method to be effective in every car I've driven since I learned it. The split mirrors are pretty cool; I even considered purchasing a set myself. But this mirror alignment technique may serve the same purpose as well.

For Janet: another trick for adjusting mirrors

I remember that post, printed it out and gave it a try.
Hated it at first. I was sure the side mirrors were there so I could admire the shine on MY car![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
You get used to it quick, and it really does work.
