you have to buy dealer k04 if you want them to install it...and thats roughly what they want.
and sure you can get them cheaper at different places but i don't think the dealer would like that.
anyhow, theres more than meets the eye for replacing a turbo, and yes if you are really prepared you can replace it less than 10 hours.. but it never worked out like that, and i've done it twice now.
