boost gauge install

Default boost gauge install

got a VDO gauge, Schwings vent mounting adapter and i did the install today. led lights up fine but no boost or vacuum readings. used 42DD gauge kit and connected at fpr, can't find any leaks. any ideas? any help would be appreciated, still a newb.

Default Kink in the hose...>

Or a bad gauge. Pull the vac line off the back of the gauge, start teh car and see if you have any alir being sucked in (vacuum)

all is solved,like the way it looks, close to OEM. i'll take it for a drive later tonight to see some boost numbers. thanks Schwing, be doing business with you soon again i hope.
