Default Boost gauge installed - works, but other problems...

i just finished installing my defi boost gauge in a nifty modshack vent ring (which i painted satin black). the install went smooth, except for when i turned the car back on. the stereo read "safe" and the windows won't do the one-touch feature or the slight down and up when opening and closing the door. the car seems to drive normal, and the boost read up to ~12 psi. at max. any ideas?

Default problems fixed!!

i reset the stereo with the code, but the windows were still funky. i turned on the ignition and held the window buttons up for a bit, turned on the car, and then they worked.

this install really was a lot easier than i was expecting. now i need to get my *** under the car to install the swaybar. oh yeah, i also have smoked lenses sitting in my garage. =)

Default I chose that location for mine too because I use the side vent to help defrost the driver side..>

One issue to keep in mind when you position the gauge in the middle vent is the reflection off the glass front. I have fiddled around with mine so it faces a little toward the passenger seat back otherwise light coming in the rear hatch makes it difficult to see the gauge readings.

Default It looks fantastic !

Great job man. Exactly what I want to do with mine, except with 2 "Megan Racing" gauges (boost and oil temp.) in the center vents. Also thinking of painting the gadgeTT V3 black too, will see.

Any more distant pics so that we can see the gadgeTT too?

Default What did you use to bridge the gap from the ducting to ...

the remaining part of the assembly, or did you just leave it be?

Default where did you get the guage?

I was looking at this one for the same install but wanted a shorter boost range, to 35 seems like a waste since you will barely see it move most of the time if you are stock or even chipped it will only jump a few mm due to the large range.
