Default And a related question on the MW valve...

Comes with an allen head plug in one side only (the small side, not the 1/4NPT sides). I was out getting fittings yesterday, and it looks like the small side plug is a metric 10 X 1.0mm. 1/8 fine thread brass plugs are not the same thread pitch, and it doesn't want to go in. 1/8 is perfect on the Norgren valve, but not on the plastic MW valve. What has everyone used to plug the small hole? When I ordered the valve, based on a thread I read here, I told the guy in NC that I wanted two plugs for the unused holes. This "hole" sent me two 1/4NPT plugs!! DUH.
So, now I'm tracking possibilities. I don't really want to cross thread a brass plug into the plastic unless I have to. Use a short 10mm bolt (couldn't find the 1.0 thread at Lowes hardware...)
Thx for the advice!

1. The car will boost as high as you set it. Set it to 24 psi and you'll be ok. Don't bother going higher than that.

2. Yes...it is ok if you are chipped.

3. Check with AudaciousTT....he was selling them. I'm happy with mine. Well put together unit

4. I've had no issues with this mod other than speeding tickets : )

I would recommend it. It not only gives you more power...it also brings on boost quicker and smoothens out boost delivery. Its an excellent mod for the money. Just make sure you have a boost gauge before you do this....a definite must

My .02 cents
