Boost machine guys/girls........
Those of you who purchase the new Metalwork Valve, did you buy off the internet or distributor. Where can I find one? Thanks for your help.

My experience so far (long). I had to do the following:
Had to write to MW in Texas.
They then sent an email with the name of a distributor.
Called the distributor in NC to order. He said he'd place the order for me.
Distributor called back wanting to know where I lived, so he could assign it to a jobber (???)
Distributor ordered from Texas, and they shipped to NC.
Distributor shipped to me in VA. DUH!!!
On Norgren, I ordered the check valve and the relief valve by internet. Order confirm said that the check valves (I ordered 2 of everything so I can make a BM for my son's A4 as well) were in stock, expected delivery of late Apr for the relief valves.
Yesterday, checked on the status of the order, and it showed :
(2 each) relief valves "invoiced"
(1 each) relief valve "invoiced"
(2 each) check valves "acknowledged"
Wrote their customer service with WTF??
Got home last night, box had arrived with one! relief valve, invoice showing total order of 2 relief valves, one on back order, no mention of the check valves.
Is it me, or are these two companies F'd up??
Why you can't order directly from MW doesn't make sense, nor does why they won't drop ship from texas directly to you without having to go through a distributor and a jobber.
As for Norgren, looks like their entire system is screwed up. And, as normal, have to wait three times longer to get anything than you should...
Just my experience so far. I ordered stuff a month ago, and still can't put the sumbitch together!!

Re: Don't make Chris yell at you....
Great write up Chris! But on the Norgren relief valve..I use the V07-200-NNAA w/ 1/4 ports instead of the -100- which is 1/8...Since your using Metalworks 1/4...Also Metalworks recommended Loc-Tite instead of Tef. tape...Just my 2 cents...Again, great write-up!
