found several pix for tapping a boost guage... all on a 225
due to the diff intake manifolds, im a little confused...
anyone have a pic where they tapped for their boost gauge on a 180?
there are two lines on the dr. side of the intake manifold, one runnin to the top of the DV, the other into the black box that sits on top of the valve cover...
i kinda want to tap into the line that runs to the box on the VC, but want to be sure...
the bentley CD isnt helping too much
thanks in advance!!!
p.s. the two lines i have mentioned have colored dots on them, one red, the other yellow...
cheers

Is a direct connection to the manifold:

Most use the FPR tap here:

ignore the AWE tuning set-up for running the hose into the passenger compartment.... look behind the gas pedal in the driver side footwell. You should see a drain plug looking thing, pull it out with needle nose pliers and you can thread the boost hose from the FPR T you tapped into through the engine bay and into the passenger compartment there. It'll definitely be easier and save you some time.
