Brake pad wear sensors on 225hp rear brakes?

Brake pad wear sensors on 225hp rear brakes?

Does my 2001 225hp TT have rear brake pad wear sensors? The wear indicator lights up on the dash after driving the car a bit and I know the rear pads are worn. I do not see wear sensors listed w/ the pads though (considering either Mintex Redbox or PBR Ultimate ceramics)

Thanks for any tips you might have.

No, rears don't have them.

Left front, inside pad only only...>

If you make it a habit of ignoring your brakes, the sensors are handy. Most here go without though.

wear sensor on the iside pad of left front, ususally wears out faster than outside pad

I changed mine out earlier in the year, and the best ones I found w/the sensor was the PBR ultimate

ceramics .... they DO have the sensor... at least hte ones i bought.

But to be honest, I don't like the brakes and will be figuring out something else next time around, possibly forgoing the sensor and getting the ferodos.
