Default Brake upgrade. Boxster calipers.

Installed the boxster calipers. Nice improvement in brake pedal stiffness. Very sweet looking too. I put the "kit" together myself. Pretty simple, new banjo bolts, brackets from Pure Motorsport, red paint and new decals, plus calipers (w/ pads) from a dismantler. Total about $570... Still stock rotors though. (well, ECS cross drilled & slotted Brembo's)

I added speed bleeders front and rear too, made life much easier to bleed the system out. One person bleeding will be very helpful at the track too...

Default Those are "porsche" decals on the caliper? no heat issues with that?

DIY or purschase them? Sweet setup.. price is unbelievably reasonable. Makes me want a setup like this on my GTI.

We'll see, they're from the silverbulb place on ebay, supposed to be good to 350-400°F.
