Brakes:
I just noticed tonight (not sure how long it's been happening) but every time I press the brake pedal, I hear a hissing noise like air coming from that general area in the foot well.
The only thing that has seemed abnormal lately is the brakes seem a little too harsh--kind of "grabby" or highly sensitive lately.
Any thoughts?

mine was like that for a while... i didnt think much of it..
you're on stock break setup?... you drive the car often? any residue on the break that you can see... just wondering..

i didnt get no hissing noise... but just to make sure
go and double check all your line... unlikely they're bad but honestly... i wouldnt be worry if i was you. dam brake works right :-) just leave it alone until it wont grip anymore then swap for better rotors and pad. mine was gripping hard but now it stop maybe cuz i brake too much
