Default Bridgestone Potenza Bubbles

I never had anything like this happen to me before... I don't recall hitting anything, and noticed it after a long streach of high speed highway driving (ca. 200mi). Do you think the tire was defective in manufacture? Does anyone else have bubble problems with their potenzas?
225QC Blk/Blk

Might be under warranty, contact your dealer.

Default I had a bubble, dealer replaced under warranty...

however, when we discussed this here a few weeks ago, the answer to whether or not it was a warranty claim depends on whether there is a cut on the inside or outside of tire. Cuts indicate impact.

You mileage is definitely gonna vary here. Good luck.
Ivan

Default _a lot_ of us have had bubbles in these tires!

most of them haven't been replaced under warranty.

but some have been lucky. go to a tire place that sells Bridgestones. they can take off the tire and tell you whether it is covered or not. if not, its 250 for a new tire! if its not a defect
its likely oyu hit a pothole. I don't remember
getting my bubble either.
Aviator Gray 2000 180TTQC

Default Mine looked just like this.....

local Brigestone dealer wouldn't even talk about replacement under warranty. Said it was a road hazard or some such thing. I read the warranty. I can't for the life of me figure what IS covered. We should find out how many problem there have been and if appropriate raise a collective fuss.

Get that fixed or replaced NOW. It has "blowout" written all over it.
