Default bypass valve "non-fix"

I know this has been discussed at length but I haven't kept up. I've had my dealer replace the turbo by-pass valve but I still get the "coke-bottle" screaching sound under hard acceleration. Is there something the dealer or I am missing? Is the replacement valve also bad? Any next step recommendations?

Thanks

Default Yes, the replacement valve is bad . .. it is called a defective design!

Get either a Bailey or a Forge.
