I know that there have been quite a few color questions lately, but I can't help myself.<br>I am first on list in Cleveland for a 225Q and was thinking of getting it in Desert Green but was kind of worried because I wouldn't be able to see the color before I chose.<br>I saw a "cactus green" A4 today, and really liked the color, does anyone know if cactus green is lighter/darker nicer/worse then the TT's Desert Green.<p>Thanks in advance.<br>

I have seen Desert Green on a European spec TT. It is not very similar to Cactus Green, even though they are about the same value in terms of light and dark. I would almost describe it as more of a grey-green, with none of the gold undertone which Cactus has. It has a lot of metallic content, so it reflects the car's lines very well.

How about avocado green, like they had in the 1970s? I think the color is too funky. I would buy one in a nice metallic forest green in a heartbeat...but the denim blue is a real stunner.
