Default Jason not completly true . . .

A stock S4 and a stock TT on the track and the TT walks away from the S4. The reason is the S4 has a very soft suspension and after the first turn the TT keeps on going. By the time the straight appears the TT is too far ahead of the S4.

If both cars are tuned with coil-overs, same deal still holds true. The TT has a lower center of gravity and much better handling.

Drag strip, then it is the S4, much more potential with a twin turbo V6.

Auto-x, the TT is a better racer, stock or tuned.

Default answers .. .

A chip will allow the 225TTQ to walk away from an S4.

The mirrors can be seen at Stratmosphere

Default seems like TT has many options

I've read that there are even functional ski racks/bike racks, too bad no moonroof. If I didn't need room for 3 (2 people 1 dog) I might get convert.

Default Oh Larry, I wish that was true, but that S4 was on my *** the whole time I was on that track

I had to let him by 2x on the straight. True the car has power, but that car has almost 2x the power I have. Portland straights are mightly long.

Default I was just fine . . .

At Watkins Glen which has a very long straight as well. I was only passed by one S4 on the track and it was the same driver at each track event I was at. He had R compound tires and brakes and a few other items. I was still with my stock brakes and stock tires at the time. Next year he won't be going by me, I will be passing him

Was the S4 chipped? If it was, then no contest!
