while they are the tensioner, shouldnt be much labor right?

still no cash involved yet, i guess at this point i should tell them to do the belt its got to>

cheap if they are working on the tensioner

if they are doing the tensioner, the belt is off anyway, just have them put a new one on. NO LABOR!!

odds of that, slim to none, but i was unaware the belt comes off to do the tensioner...

if it aint free AOA will be getting a call

yeah, labor is ZERO, if they try to tell you otherwise, call AoA...

or tell them you'll come in and they can show you what else needs to be done so they can change the timing belt while the tensioner is off. I cannot believe how bad these guys are jerking you around. I would be calling AoA regardless.
