Calling Jeff Bipes - taking off lower front grills.

I am taking off the lower grills and was hoping to check out your awesome "how to" website for your pictures on this. It seems that they are not working? Is there another link for them?

Took off my front quattro badge and both.....

clips fell behind and into the lower grill, didn't know what to do did a search and found Mr. Bipes instructs-HE IS THE MAN!!!!!
