While I don't think those 20" chrome rims are the best thing in the world. I was really impressed that he spent the money to make a S600 a convertible. It wasn't a FAKE cover, it was a REAL deal. He took it to a place in Cali that does this.

Later...

Default Do you think it clearly defined or shadowed the line between tasty and pimp mod?

It was little pimp for me and I like pimp!

Default It's pimp(for lack of a better word). But that's his image/style.

An S600 and Hum-Vee are not cheap. I doubt those rims or convertible conversion was either. Hey big red toys are that guys "bag baby" and that's cool with me. They scream look at me I have money. Not that a ferrari or Diablo don't.

Supposedly that guy(not in pics) who owns that stuff is a balla(basketball player) and that house(next to the A4 owner who posted pics) is one of several homes.

He didn't do anything tasteless unless you consider chrome tasteless. It's just rims and exhaust. I do think the car could use clear corners.

Just my opinion...
