Default camber question

after searching the archives i cant come up with a conclusion. for coilovers should i:
1. 1/2 KMAC (could i get away with this)
2. Full KMAC
3. adjustable control arms

oddly enough some shops including vw/audi tuners have said that i wont need camber correction at all? huh? lol kinda confused here...

thanks for the help!

Default The answer to your question is....Yes to all ..........BUT

it really depends on what level of adjustablility you want. The best bang for the buck is full Kmac. You get the greatest level of adjustability for the lowest cost. 1/2 Kmac will work on limited drops of 1" or less IF you spec to 1.6 or 1.7 degrees of negative camber and want to stay at a relatively agressive rear toe setting. If you want less negative camber than that - you'll need to go to adjustable control arms on the bottom. That should give you the ability to set it at a relatively agressive negative rear camber AND still get within spec on rear toe.

I'm running Forge adjustable rear arms on the bottom and have a max spec on rear toe and 1.7 degrees of negative rear camber.

Default No - you will need some sort of adjustment - your camber will go over 2 degrees negative

if you lower without adjustment and toe will be way off as well. Not really a problem is you like your rear tires to last 5k miles :-)
