Default Can DSG handle Turbo Charged ...

3.2L that puts out 360hp? What about 400hp or 450hp?

Thanks!

Default I've heard MANY people say it can't handle much more than the 250 it starts with. But the R32's tran

is very, very strong and should bolt right onto the 3.2L engine in the TT and mount in exactly the same places...

Default the dsg itself can't handle much more torque than stock. if you want to go turbo >>>

you need a manual trans. either r32 or TT 3.2(only available in europe?)

Default Horsepower is not an issue with DSG

Torque is. Right now, there are two DSGs, both built by ZF. One is the DQ250 (a transverse 6 speed) with a maximum capacity of about 185 lbs/ft of torque. The other is the DQ450 (also a transverse 6 speed) with a maximum capacity of 332 lbs/ft of torque. The R32 and TT 3.2 have the DQ450. As long as the turbocharged 3.2L VR6 produces no more than 332 lbs/ft of torque, the DSG (again, the DQ450) should be able to handle a turbocharged 3.2L VR6 (which I presume is modified with an aftermarket turbocharger), regardless of hp.

Default yeah, but generally when you up the bhp you also up the torque at the same time... so basically..

it can't handle more "power".
