Default Can Haldex promote snap oversteer?

If a car was understeering through a tight hairpin exit ramp on a wet road, could Haldex theoretically cause the car to snap oversteer by delivering power to the rear wheels and causing the rear wheels to suddenly "break loose"?

Do it all the time on snow, intentionally.

Usually happens because you lift in the turn and haldex "stops" turning rear wheels

Just lifting could theoretically do this, as weight transfers foreward and unloads the rear wheels?

Default But is the haldex causing that, or is the suspension????>>>

remember with an oversized rear sway bar this exaggerates this...snap oversteer, is usually not easily controllable as the rear is rotating quickly....
I have personally created oversteer, in the snow, or in loose conditions, but never has there been snap oversteer....

Default During some long and fast auto-x, I get my rear to snap out...

and that's with my big 275/35-19's in the rear.

Default There was a few people that had problems with the Haldex controller

causing the rear to become erratic on turns and transmitting too much torque, causing the rear to cut loose.

IMO...The lift -off causes this, but suspension decides the "severity" of the snap
