Can you paint a black bumper silver with out making it look different then silver on the car now

But I am pretty sure you won't get a good finish with the color over a clearcoat. Better to sand it down to the original primer, reprime and repaint.

you wanted to reapaint the whole car right...its that extremly difficult and expensive?

a couple of years ago up in the SF Bay area (read that EXPENSIVE) and it only ran me $500 and they took the bumper on and off.
