Touchless car washes >>
in the past I've gone thru touchless washes in various german and japanese cars. Most leak... the seals just aren't designed for that type of pressure straight-on. Especially with frameless windows.
My V8, however, gets the touchless treatment now and then (original paint is so-so anyway) and it never leaks.
That said the TT only gets washed, by hand, using lambswool mitt, microfibre dry towel, etc, by yours truly.
