*ding!* it isnt necessary to deal w/ the hassle of an improperly done job esp
when you have a corporate entity at your beck and call.
Dont argue/negotiate w/ the shop, tell insurance that you want your car in a A+ shape - no questions asked.
PS: I would also make the complaint about the top and rear window thru the insurance.
there is NO reason to accept shoddy workmanship.
I wish you the best with the car, sad to see a pleasant ownership exp., ruined by fools. gl!

Thanks everyone for your input!!! I have to say that the dealerships I've delt
with really don't seem to want to waste time with cars that are out of warranty.
I feel that my car is solid and runs well and everything is together mechanically.
I brought the car to a local tuner who will do thorough diagnostics on the car to determine what is wrong with it.
Hopefully, I'll have the car back in a couple days.
