Default Car is whistling after 10 psi

Had the car at kmd for a timing belt change. They said they tighted up some reservior. I dont know what to look for. Sounds like boost coming thru a tiny hold or crack in something. Anyone got a diagram and can point out some things to look at. I would appreciate it.

Maybe you were driving past a really hot chick and your car decided to whistle at her.... )

Default I had a whistle like that at 15+ psi

Turned out to be one of the hose conenctions to my FMIC. It was just loose enough that at that kind of pressure it started leaking a tiny bit. Not enough to blow off and not enough to hear normally. It took one of Schwing's pressure testers and some time because I couldn't hear it until I opened up the valve on the pressure tester past where you would normally put it at. So honestly it could be any of your boost lines but I'm guessing it's one of the larger hoses, tighten down the clamps on the charge pipe, FMIC, MAP pipe, Throttle body, etc. Start with the easy to access ones. ;-)

Default Start by checking all these lines and hoses...>>

Seriously though, if you have a 10psi leak it will be almost impossible to find without a pressure test.

http://www.modshack.info/Pressure.htm</a

Default you sure its just not the belt being on too tight? OR >>>>>>

did you get anything else done during timing belt change? I can hear my car whistle at higher rpm due to my vtda.
