Default Car won't start. Possible battery problems, please advise. >>

Does not start and had to use portable jumper box to do so. After starting I checked the HVAC controls and its showing 13.8 to 14.0 volts..

Could it be something other than battery? Please advise, thanks

Default My bad: alternator is good if you're showing that much voltage.....

Something unswitched is draining the charge.

I know in our area, places like Battery Plus will load test it for free.
