I have been searching the forums for a few days now. Every post I have found that claims to have pics of mats, I just get a big Red X.
I am really torn between carpet or rubber mats. I tend to prefer the look of carpet mats, but from reading here, the Audi mats tend to wear out pretty quickly, especially where your heel rests.
I looked on Clair Parts and they have some nice mats. Has anyone tried their "Multi-Season Carpet Mats" ($78.95). It appears that they are a tougher material.
Any suggestions or pics would be great (carpet and rubber)!

there are more plush carpets, like at Stratmosphere that have different colors as well. Clairparts also has the rubber mats...I replaced mine a few months after taking delivery of my TT. They are durable and you will see how much dirt you pick up on a daily basis. When I wash the car, I wash the rubber mats at the same time, then treat it with Aerospace303 and they look brand new.

I have a silver TT w/ gray interior and the black rubber mats look sweet in it cause of the contrast. No matter what color you have though they are just nice mats and you don't have to worry about muddy feet or anything like that cause you can just rinse the mats off easily.

I organized a group buy awhile back. Here's my read on the cocomats.
What I liked:
They look sharp and are generally durable. The price seems reasonable for what you're getting.
What I didn't like:
On the driver's side cocomat, there is a rubber pad which is meant to protect the mat from the movement of your foot when shifting, braking and such. However, on my cocomat, a large hole was worn in the mat to the left of this pad. It was caused by the heel of dress shoes during shifting. If the rubber pad had been a touch wider, it would probably have helped.
They may have corrected this by now. I'm not sure. Now that I have a 3.2 DSG (no clutch pedal), it probably wouldn't be a problem. Also, if you don't wear dress shoes with a hard heel, it might not be an issue either.
Generally, I think they make a good product and would recommend it despite the aforementioned remarks. The owner of cocomats is a good guy too.
