Default CDN looking for Winter Tire/RIM Combo! READ MESSAGE

I called to get a price for the Dunlop M2 with 17" steel rim and they do nopt even list a steel rim for the damn car!

So....what should I get (and from who?)

Pretty sure Tire Rack has the steel wheels....Give them a try.

Default You can get a steel rim for a New Beetle - same bolt pattern.

I think you should expect to pay something like $65 US each.

Default They do have steels...just not in 17". I think the largest steel wheel Tire Rack offers is 16"

Unless you have aftermarket brakes, you can fit 16" rims on your car. And, since you're going with steel wheels, aesthetics aren't your greatest concern, so why not go with a 16" steel rim? The tires will be cheaper than 17s and they should be better in snow.

Default I did the CDN conversion and assumed he meant 16" :o)

Default I think a 16" US wheel would be ~24" CDN. ;-)

It's the European shoe sizes that get me...Finding a 13 is one thing but a size 46? lol
