Default Rivets on the air pump are loose/gone.

Default vacuum lines to/from the 2nd air solenoid valve....

sticky combi-valve, air pump inoperative, air pump pressure hose leaking (should be pretty damn loud). There are other, less common issues, but I'd start with these. Shouldn't take more than 20 minutes to go through them all.

Bottom passenger side. You have to remove the belly pan.
