changed my plugs and noticed knock count whent to 1 on cyl 1 when revving the engine

in neutral. Is it possible that my coilpacks where already on their way out and now showing it after fresh plugs where put in? Maybe I didn something wrong with the plugs?(I checked the gaps) Am I just being paranoid?

Oh and which cyl is cyl#1?

Cyl 1 is farthest to passenger side.

Swap coilpacks and see if the misfire moves with the coilpack.
