This is what Vag-com said

I cleaned the TTDA last weekend and re-oiled up and also played a lil w/ BM. Am I right to assume the oil on the TTDA is what caused the MAF problems???
And of so how do i clean the MAF (i bought electiricial cleaner from Radioshack)and it goes into limp mode again and again??

Default How old or how many miles on the current MAF... Might be time to change it.. Also >>

Replace the temp sensor, which is fairly easy, and the brake switch which is attached to the brake pedal.

Default You might have..>>

Over-oiled and/or the MAF was on it's way out anyway. Clear the codes and re-set the ECU (A power down is he only way to clear the adaptation tables which are continuing to cause the limp thing). If it comes back after a few miles, get a new MAF!

Default 46000 on the MAF but never had a problem till i cleaned the TTDA

that brake switch now is the first time i ever saw that problem cleared the code
I think i caused it by pressing the brake during the scan, but you guys would know better than me
