Default Chip people, help please!

OK, Im getting the new APR chip done ASAP.

Question is, should I get the spare ECU chipped and save my stock ECU? Or just chip my factory ECU and get the stock/chipped mode?

I AWLAYS got the spare ECU chipped with my S4 out of my crazy paranoia that the turbos would go kaboomy. The TT does not appear to have similar turbo issues as the S4, so would it be better to save $650 and get my factory ecu chipped?

Factors that would favor getting a spare ECU:

The Chastity belt on my 225 would be removed, so thats another clear sign the car has been chipped.

Even if its replaced with new screws, it could still be determined that it was removed at one point.

If I chip my stock ECU, and HAD to have the factory ecu back in the car for some reason,I would have to purchase a new ECU at that time. Would the dealer know that this is a new ECU and not the original factory one?

Ok i think thats all...

any advice is appreciated!
Thanks

JUST CHIP IT WITH STOCK MODE
Its a good car and nothing should happen unless you drive off mountains and stuff

Default my dealer didn't say a word about my chip, even though...

i left it in there to have work done.

the tranny needed to be replaced, but still, no flak from them.
