Default Chip Question on a 2000 180 HP Quattro....>>>

Anyone here have a GIAC chip for a 2000 TT quattro coupe??
If so, would you recall the last 4 digits on the coding for the chip?? I have one that says 018S.
Or is it 0185? Just need to find out if it's compatible with my car. I bought it used. Thanks.

Default I had one, I think it is 018S

I remember sending it in to GIAC to be updated, and it was the latest. I have a 2000 QC as well.

Default As long as the ECU number is the same as the one in your car, you should be ok.

If you are only talking about the GIAC rom, then that shouldn't be such a big issue, if it came off an ATC motor. But I would call AWE-Tuning and double check. They were always helpful to me, even though I bought my chip used.
