chips

MTM (someone has to support them) =) honestly... they all are pretty good... more >>
>> you can research this (chips) to death and still not find one chip that stands out as being that much better than other!? Is it only HP? Or Torque? Is it Smoooth? How about Power Delivery? And no one here has the exact same set up or live in the same altitude/climate. The way you drive, the gas you use, etc...etc... too many variables... I guess the best thing to do is go with a tuner that close to you so you can have someone to help you out if you start having problems....or if you need to "tweak" your set up.... Good luck!

I have a Dahlaback chips as well...
but to each his own. I switched from an APR 93 oct chip and like it alot better. Pulls all the way up...where my APR struggled when I pushed it. The Dahlback has more legs at the top end, IMO.

I don't think that the Dahlback chip is the most aggressive, but more importantly
I think the programming is very good. It is written from the ground up, where most of the other chips are patches on top of the OEM programming, which is why you can switch from stock to chip mode. Its more like remapping the software over the stock software. I like the fact that the Dahlback software is straightup with no other features. my 2 cents.

Or some confidence that they have a clue
what they are doing. Went with Sportec programing becuas the tuner was local, talked to a number of customers about the shops work... my alternative was a shop farther away and they said that "they were practicing on their soldering" so they didn't have to send the ECU out for a couple of days for GIAC.

APR doesn't offer port programming for all ecu models...
Does Revo offer it for all? I will probably end up with APR since they have a local dealer and Revo doesn't. I wish I could get the port programming.
