Cig lighter stuck in the "IN" position.
I had to drill a small hole in the middle of the handle of it to get it out. Appparently it does not work, that is, the cell phone plug-in is not drawing current. I could care less about the lighter. Where is the fuse box and fuse for this? 2003 QC

Behind the panel on end of dash next to the drivers door. Check Fuses #8 and #41
