They have locating holes for the pins...>>>

And industrial velcro on the back. Bought em used. Do an Ebay search, there's a seller there..

I got it from a Motorcycle parts supplier....>>

(wholesale supplier) Don't know who actually makes it, but marine stores usually carry this style too....
