I have been using clair parts for over a year now and I have found their service to be excellent. Recently I bought an electronic part using an Audi parts list and unfortunately it turned out to be the wrong one. Even though standard practice is to NOT accept electronic returns, upon explanation they swapped the part for the correct one. It seems that they do value their customers and because of that I'll use their services in the future.
