I use armour all on my dash, and on tyre tires (the spray bottle) :-) Works Great.

Zaino sells a leather conditioner that they also recommend for vinyl. I am pretty happy with it.

Default stay away from armor all... See if you can find 303 aerospace protectant..

You should be able to find it in the marine/fishing section of your local sporting goods stores. I use this diluted 50% with water and it leaves a very matte finish, not greasy or shiny at all.
You could also try Lexol Vinylex, also diluted, and that should give a similar appearance. Vinylex typically leaves a shinier finish than the 303 tho.

Default try using a swifter wipe...works well with any dust...then once in awhile, i use...

303 aerospace protectant...to clean off any messes. but typically, the swifter is nice and dry and takes nearly everything off...there's no reason to even use anything wet. armorall for anything inside is a no-no...causes foggy film on the windows and besides being glossy.

303 aerospace protectant is the best!- if its good enough for Trump's jet.
