I'm actually going to check my DV today, and put the yellow spring in.

I'm using the new REVO SPS3. Performance boost setting is 6. The settings are linear on the new SPS3 (1-9... no low or high boost). But I think you're talking about the first dial... I set it to 'boost' (I believe that's number 3) and use the second dial to adjust the boost.

Default Yup, check the hoses. They could be hosed :-)

Happened to me and the cracks are sometimes very hard to detect. Look under the clamps on both connecting points.
Also if there are some codes run you need to get them cleared via a Vag Com. That might be your only problem. You threw a code and until it is cleared the ECU will react the way it has been in order to protect the engine.
Do you have anyone with a VAG Com in your area?

I'll check the hoses running in and out of my DV. I have to let my car cool off first... no one that I know of has a VAG-COM, but the REVO dealer is going to check my car out this week.
