your relationship with them.
I bought my second TT from them so they have known and have dealt with me for years.
The service advisor that sold me the car now runs the dealership. When you walk in the door and they know you by name and are happy to see you it goes a long way.
If you didn't buy from them all they owe is a courtesy shuttle to your home or work and pickup once the car is done if it's one day's work.
If you did buy from them you'll get a loaner but the type of loaner depends on how you interact with them.
The loaners are rented out by an onsite Enterprise. You might go there and end up driving a Hyundai while your car is in the shop.
Since I've been going there for years, I always get an A4 or A3. Occasionally, I even get to drive a A6 or Q7.
You have to build your relationship with them and the first thing they will ask you is where you bought the car.
If you are a charming person you might get more.

Then I moved to Boca and went to champion and they would only provide a ride.
So seems they only do that if you buy your car from them. I've had my fair share of problems with both of these dealers. Now I go to an independent shop in Coral Springs (USP Motorsports).

even though I didn't buy the car from them.
They explained their policy as far as loaners were concerned.
My attitude and the way I treated them always made them go the extra mile so I always ended up with an A4 or A6.
Unfortunately, Palm Beach is a long ways for me so I rarely go over there these days. Now I'm too modded to dare show my face at any dealership unless it's a really serious issue.

my experience has always been great at both locations.
The techs know me by name because they always ask me what I've done to the car.
My car is out of warranty so I don't try to get things fixed by demodding the car before going there. They frown upon that big time.
I hope that is not the case for you.
You will have better luck at the Coral Springs location if you didn't buy from them. They are friendly to newer customers there. I like both locations. so it makes no difference to me.
The dealership that you definitely want to stay away from is Prestige Audi. The service advisors are a nightmare to deal with. Parts guys are cool. The techs are nice but they are inexperienced.
Good luck!
