Default Color Dilemma

Word today from my dealer is that the Papaya Orange special order color for 2004 TTs has been temporarily shelved by Audi. I need to pick a new color ASAP. Seeking thoughts on Light Silver vs. Brilliant Red. Thanks.

Any guesses on WHY they would pull this color? Not enough demand to justify?

Default I really think that the best color for the car is red...

... but only Amulet Red. Apologies to all with Brilliant, but I don't think it is as complimentary to the car as Amulet.

Thus, in leiu of that awesome Papaya (which I covet even more than my Amulet Red), I'd go with Light Silver.

I'd go with GoodWOOD Green and Vanilla.

Default me too . . . >>

I also thought about Goodwood Green & Vanilla, and I just don't quite like the Goodwood . . . and then Imola (ummm good) although I'm concerned about ticket visibility. Then the new red is too red, and I'm thinkin' 'bout Ocean or Moro Blue. Papaya woulda been nice, too, now I understand no longer an option. Well, after all, this is good kind of problem to have . . . !!

Word from AudiTalk is "we are having some technical issues with this color, however we are working on a solution and still plan to re-introduce it at a later date"
