When 02BNME stop by took db readings of this exhaust based on the same format of previously post readings of the Forge Miltek with and without resonator...here are the results:
Testing was done in 7 formats...(1) at idle 5' 90 deg away to side of exhaust, (2) at idel 5'
directly behind exhaust (3) at 3000 rpm 5' 90 deg to side of exhaust, (4) at 3000 rpm 5'
directly behind exhaust, (5) 5' 90 deg away to side of exhaust when loading engine at 2,000
rpm (loading means brake on, engine at 2,000 steady, trans in 2nd gear and with clutch
feathering out), (6) 5' directly behind exhaust loading engine and (7) starting at idle and
'bliping' engine to 5000 rpm (not loaded).
Results:
OEM exhaust:
1. 58.6 dB
2. 61.4 dB
3. 68.3 dB
4. 69.9 dB
5. 68.4 dB
6. 70.5 dB
7. 81.7 dB
Miltek exhaust on 225TTC and without resonator:
1. 67.1 dB
2. 71.9 dB
3. 79.5 dB
4. 80.6 dB
5. 73.9 dB
6. 78.5 dB
7. 85.1 dB
New info...Miltek exhaust on 225TTR and with resonator:
1. 67.1
2. 68.2
3. 72.6
4. 73.2
5. 72.0
6. 75.1
7. 79.8
Most recent info...UUC exhaust on 225TTR (with MTM chip)
1. 69.9
2. 73.9
3. 79.6
4. 82.1
5. 82.9
6. 84.6
7. 87.2
All the performance exhausts have a deeper sound and yes the UUC is louder than the Milteks, but not abnoxiously so. Now it comes down to personal preference. On 4/14 at Dyno Day we will have some interesting comparisons...MTM chipped 225s with Miltek resonated, Miltek non resonated, UUC and MTM exhaust. Also will have a two 225s with APR chips and OEM exhausts and one 180 GIAC chip with Borla exhaust. Let the numbers run....

Just curious to know if anyone who's gonna be dyno'd ran their cars stock on this dyno. Would be good to see some before and after. Also if those who have spare ECU's will be running a stock vs. chipped comparison.

a 225TTR with APR (programmable) ECU and with OEM exhaust. Our intent is to do what you are suggesting but dyno time per car is limited...will try to get all the numbers run because many of us have same interest as you...what is really the output OEM and various chips.

I guess the UUC wins as the loudest. ;-) We'll find out whether this contributes to increased power or not on Dyno Day!!
FYI... APR just got a 4-wheel dyno too. I think they are in Alabama (?).
