Well, I must admit the Boxster isn't that bad of a loaner. The engine is just loud enough that you can hear it. I'm getting used to the shifter and the pedals. You have to work them a little more, but it is fun. Also, they did a good job keeping windnoise to a minimum. I like that.

The key is the car passed the two-doggy test. :-)

Default Good deal huh?

Leith Audi in Cary, NC. They just switched from giving POS Enterprise Rental Cars to a loaner program. It was new and they didn't have tons of cars.

The guy in charge of doling out cars wanted to give an 'older couple' (his words not mine) the last A6 they had available instead of me. He figured I'd have fun with the Boxster instead. I told him I didn't mine sacrificing for my elders. ;-)

I will admit I like my TT more, but the Boxster has been fun to drive...but more like a novelty to me at this point.

Default Ha! Nope... we won't let them eat anything but dog food

They both are under constant supervision. :-)

Every once in awhile I catch the black one with a stone in her mouth. I've never seen her really eat it though. :-)

Default Alex's guide dog did bite into a Sprite can last week! (forgot about that)

...but we didn't train her, so I'm not taking responsibility for that one. :-)

Default Yeah after it ate the can of poisonous bondo...i was dead worried figured the dog had had it and

took it to the vets...kept it there over night... vet was amazed that dog only suffered from odd gas..lol and some other gross problems....I try and monitor my dog alot especially when theres things lying around the house that could be eaten..... lol gotta say that I never let the dog in my TT for this reason..... it also ate its old vehicle harness I bought it for my other car....dogs almost 10 and other than chipped teeth is doing all right...

In all fairness to AWF members, you must return that Box and exchange for a Metro. :-D

Default Whenever a dog eats something poisonous give it hydrogen peroxide

That will make it throw up.
