Could the fluttering noise on de-boosting mean that I need to lube the Forge DV?

Fedex said they delivered. Which DV? Some flutter and you can't get it out..

Default YES! THANK YOU! And I'm going to be posting a pic... I've discovered

that when the ****, TTDA and short hoses are assembeled outside of the car, it looks suspiciously like Bender from Futurama. =)

And it's a Forge 007P from TTStuff.com by the way... I've never lubed it, could that help it?

Default Might need it if it's been on for a bit..>

007's don't have a history of flutter. Could be sticking shut a little and causing real flutter (compressor stall)

It wouldn't be a bad wastegate or anything would it? What else could cause this?
