CPO car/dealer return policy? Urgent please help!!

A friend of mine bought a CPO TT exactly 10 days ago from an Audi dealer. But he's got himself in an unexpected situation which requires him to leave the country for quite a few months. Obviously he's not planning on keeping the car.
Can he return the car to the dealer and get a full refund? If so how does it work? I've heard something about a 30-day rule and a 5% charge, is that true?
My friend says he couldn't find any info from the invoice. He hasn't contacted the dealer yet, as he'd like to know something before he speaks with the dealer.
