Cracked front bumper repair will cost me $875...
I know someone else on this forum was quoted $640. The bumper cover is only $383 of it. The rest, other than about $25 to fix the alien and some labor to install the cover is to get the paint completely right. Seems spendy, but this shop does the best body and paint work I have seen around here, so I didn't argue. Goes in on the 19th. Meanwhile, it's kinda fun to drive a new TT with a smucked front end. You get lots of sympathy and no need to worry about catching it on parking barriers and such.
