Crap, got pinched by a unmarked Chevy Malibu this AM-no radar-followed me at 75 for 2 miles
I came up behind him in the center lane, he was behind a semi doing the speed limit of 60.
everyone else was wizzing around this truck at 70-78 or so.
I went into the fast lane, passed the truck, then came back.
unmarked follows me around, tags me for a few miles then lights me up.
funny, all the other traffic was doing the same speed.

Happened to me in NJ....but i was driving a while Impala...go figure....
and so you know....in court, you were still speeding...so the "other guy was doing...." does not work anymore..

You broke the cop code. Thou shalt not pass ME.......
regardless of what everybody else is doing. Cops hate to be passed about as much as seeing radar detectors. They will turn on their radar units for a couple of seconds to see which cars light up their brake lights and go after them. Again, regardless of what everybody else is doing.
