Customer "service" called to probe me, no doubt in response to the poor rating I gave them when
Audi called after my last service. The lady was really nice & profusely apologized for all my troubles. She told me the service manager would call me the same day .. or the next to resolve my problems.
I was really impressed! Well its been a week & the service manager hasn't call be back. Should I continue to hold my breath ;-p good thing Audi doesn't run the 911 service ;-p so sad..
