Did you try the Zaino leather stuff on it along with a brush to get dirt out or too late?

If the car is still under warranty, tell Audi to fix it.

Default They will replace the leather?

Mine is worn, with some scratches on the driver side bolster. I did not think Audi would replace/repair that. How would I go about asking them to do it?

Default My dealer said they would. I am waiting for it to get really ugly before I go in, and when I do,...

GROUP BY ON OKLES! Sheesh. The sales guy said they'll replace the seats due to wear once, and then recommend getting seat covers of some kind.

Same here... I was told it was a normal wear issue and wouldn't be covered.

Default It's wearing along the outer forward edge of the driver's back where I guess.....

I rub against it getting in and out. Looks like it's rubbing the black color off and is turning sort of gray. Haven't tried Zaino but I'm not really a concours fanatic!

Zaino didn't help. It's the actual leather flaking off, not scratching.
